Shanti is an 8 Elements Datura Style™ Certified Teacher and 200-hr Certified Yoga Instructor with over a decade of teaching experience.
In Shanti’s teaching, the main focus is on deep understanding of movement so that it can be fully and easily learned. Whether it’s the basics or complex layering, Shanti emphasizes technique and discovering the deeper experience of movement that comes from within.

Classes are most Wednesdays 8:15-9:30pm at Spring Fall Studio in Berkeley.
All levels of students are welcome though it is recommended to join with the start of a series.

Bellydance 6-week Series: Tuesdays 7:45-8:45pm, February 6th-March 13th!
This will be an hour long bellydance party with combos, yoga conditioning, and an overall less structured format to allow for you to experiment with the bellydance movements! Be ready for lots of Balkan brass!
